July 8: Healing Violence, Fear, & Lying: We will study the root causes and self-idolizations that perpetuate violence, fear, and lying in order to heal these distortions.
July 22: Disconnection From Your True Self: Most individuals are alienated from their True Self and their natural needs. We will study the ways to reestablish the connection with the True Self and our natural needs.
August 5: Purity and Self-Cleansing: We will study the differentiation between purism, a harm, and cleansing, a goodness. Purism, the demandment for purity, denies our relative impure state, and therefore, is harmful. Cleansing, a pursuit of purity, is beneficial, and accepting. It leads to self-actualization and happiness.
August 19: Building Castles in Spain; Our Illusory Constructs: One way we escape from reality is by our wishful thinking. However, there are many benefits to this as well, as we will see by studying this phenomenon.
September 2: Wrong Answers: In order to protect ourselves from pain, we create freezes®, wrong presumptions, defense mechanisms. We find wrong answers that are supposed to prevent us from being hurt. And it is those “remedies” that ruin our lives as adults.
