At the Church of the Path, we believe that the task of the individual is to cleanse one's life in order to become a better and more ethical person. We do this by following Spiritual, Natural Law---God's Laws. When we do this, we are at our happiest. When we don't, we create unhappiness, pain, problems and disease.
Reverend Dr. Gani draws from ageless wisdom, from all faiths, all sacred books, all religions, all philosophies, all growth methods. He revives the old and forgotten bases in them and presents them in a personalized way which is easily applicable to everyday life, and to the healing of any problem.
If you have the courage to look at your life, your faults, as well as the desire to do something about it, these books are for you. They are challenging and deep. Create your own reality®
. These books can help! The Sermon BooksIn his Sunday sermons, Reverend Dr. Albert Gani gives material to help achieve this self-cleansing. He teaches his spiritual community the celebration of finding their faults, joyously and courageously exposing them and cleansing them. This freeing method helps heal pain and guilt, leading to restitution and redemption.
These sermons have been presented each year in a new book, part of his Compilation of Sermons Collection. This series is available individually, or as a set. Each sermon in the book takes you through specific problems, how they were created. It provides questions to help you work on the issue, and ways to turn it around and heal.
In this book is to be found a new approach to motivation, which will help you to move, and a theory of learning, which will help you learn and teach. Finally, and most importantly, the sermons in this book will teach you to love, first yourself, then others, then God, not always in this order. As St. Augustine taught us, all love is, in the last analysis, love for God. 388 pages. ($20.00 soft cover.)
A new view of the Bible and of philosophy is needed. The essence of faith can be found in both. In this way, we once again reconcile philosophy and religion, the way it was in antiquity and perhaps even at the time of St. Augustine. We hope that this book will restore your faith. 374 pages. ($20.00 soft cover.)
The sermons in this book will be of help to you as you journey out of worldliness, taking with you the best of the past and renewing it for your future. Great blessings on the period of loneliness and the sense of temporary alienation that must be undergone during this journey. When undertaken properly and ethically, it is bound to lead you to new, albeit fewer, connections with people on your heightened level of development. In the last analysis, nothing but the harmful will have to be left behind. The best of the past and wonders of the undiscovered future will blend into a new and joyous life in the body and in the world. 344 pages. ($20.00 soft cover.)
Pacifism in the face of terrorism is dishonourable and harmful. It prevents healing both on the national/global level, and on the personal. It leads to the great harm of being a claim artist®,, and of practicing spiritual insurance fraud®. In this book I attempt to precisely define this condition and suggest ways to cleanse and heal it. Other subjects have been treated here such as Plato's concepts of Eros and their relationship to Christianity. ($25.00 soft cover.)
BROKEN AND MENDED FAITH: THE HEALING OF REPETITION:
In Beyond the Pleasure Principle, Freud explains, in the precise words above, that this is the aim of growth. Thus raising consciousness corresponds to becoming little children, i.e., becoming conscious of what we repressed in our childhood. Matthew 18:3: And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. What the Christ's good news consists of is to be found in the liberation of the unconscious. It is, therefore, our duty and our right, in religion or outside of it, to raise the unconscious to consciousness. The Christ commands us to do it. ($20.00 soft cover.)
RIDICULE CONQUERS NARCISSISM: SACRED SOUL KNOWLEDGE (with Reverend Dr. Robin Gani):
God, indeed, works in mysterious ways. Who would have thought, 20 years ago, that our Church would do so well, in spite of being so tiny! Our example is an excellent one to demonstrate that dedication to love and truth, to ethics and morals, to attacking and destroying evil, no matter how intimidating, to courageously and ethically face death, leads to infinite abundance and ecstatic happiness in most unexpected ways! Come and learn from us how to live. 309 pages. 2006. ($20.00 soft cover.)
FAITH, SEX, DEATH, AND THE UNCONSCIOUS:
This book is to challenge you to have to courage and the honesty to deal with death the way we have as a community and as individuals. The surrender required in death and in true loving sexuality is the same. They both compel you to take a good look at your unconscious, liberating your true spontaneity, not the second nature with which it is confused; not the backsliding of the line of least resistance, but, paradoxically, the embracing of the line of greater resistance, which liberates true spontaneity, the flow of the Divine Life Force. 326 pages. 2007. ($25.00 soft cover.)
In our community and in our Faith, we give meaning to every moment and every event in our lives. We continuously renew the meanings of holidays. We revive and personally learn from archetypal stories. Art of all kinds constitutes a continuous source of inspiration on our Path of Purification. We endeavour to apply complete ethics to our profession as did the founders of the Rothschild dynasty in the 18th century. We also endeavour to apply the highest form of ethics to our sexuality. We have the choice to change our fate. 450 pages. 2008. ($35.00 soft cover.)
RELIGION, CULTURE AND SOUL KNOWLEDGE:
In this book, there is an extensive emphasis on the importance of linking our inner self to outer events. This is particularly demonstrated with what we can learn from the cultural events of our civilization. The same is true about political, financial, military, and other events. They all reflect inner states in each one of us. The deeper is the experiential connection between our inner states and outer events, the greater is our immunity against their evil consequences. 504 pages. 2010. ($35.00 soft cover.)
This book is for you if you want to cleanse your livelihood. Give and you shall receive; seek and you shall find; trust and you will feel secure. These are not only Spiritual Laws. They are ethical, as well. And, by the way, they are also financial. No success, no abundance exists without them. All abundance is based on trust. This can be demonstrated by observing the trust that existed at the times of history when there was abundance. This can also be observed in the countries where trust exists. The hubs of the financial world depend, for their transactions, on word of mouth, i.e., on trust. Lack of ethics breeds lack of trust and brings poverty. Poverty is created by mistrust. Trust is what creates wealth and maintains it, and wealth and abundance are natural states. 585 pages. ($35.00 soft cover.)
This book is for you if you have the courage to want to know yourself. We recommend that the reader take from this manual only what he experiences and what he experientially believes, while putting aside the rest, but keeping an open mind to it. A lot will be said here that may go against your deep religious, sociological or family beliefs. We do not present it to engage you in a fruitless philosophical or theological debate. Be guided by what you can experience and do not believe anything that you do not experience. Take only what is convincing to you. 428 pages. ($35.00 soft cover.)
PRAYERS AND CODE OF CONDUCT ON THE PATH:
Total responsibility for your life will elevate you from obedience to commandments to the earning of privileges. Here are some prayers and a code of conduct that will help you surrender to Spiritual Law through your deliberate and conscious choice, thus organically propelling you into claiming your birthrights of happiness, ecstasy, greater consciousness and the experience of immortality. 284 pages. ($10.00 soft cover.)
DAILY LIGHTS 2004: A COMPILATION OF MORNING SERVICES:
This is a compilation of one year's morning services. They
occur every Wednesday and Friday, from 7:25-7:55 a.m. at the Church of the Path®,
helping those who attend to start their day on the right foot. When I began
giving them, I did not think they would have as much impact as they did. Having
started them in 1998, there will be many of these compilations to follow. They
should be read at random. With a very extensive index, the reader will find it
easy to look up a pertinent subject of his concern and be inspired by the
appropriate references inside the book. I hope that reading them will bring as
much inspiration and healing as did giving them and transcribing them. 497
pages. ($35.00 soft cover.)
DAILY LIGHTS 2005: A COMPILATION OF MORNING SERVICES:
All human thought throughout history, all events, are worthless unless applied to our very personal situation in the present. When applied in that manner, they provide fresh insights which will transform you and your life. This application should be done with total personal responsibility. This is the source of my insights. It has helped and healed first myself, and then all of those present during our morning services. I hope it will do the same for you, dear reader. 514 pages. ($35.00 soft cover.)
